Roland Lienau (President)<\/h4>\n

Roland Lienau (1961- German) is chairman of the Board of H2APEX Group SCA and member of the supervisory board of active Ownership, one of H2APEX\u2019s investors. He is member of the board of directors at Th\u00e9l\u00e8me Partners LLP since 2009 and member of the supervisory Board of Constantia Flexible since Jan 2024 and was so already between 2015 \u2013 2020. <\/p>\n

Between 2008 and 2020 Roland was member of the investment committee and coordination committee of Wendel, Paris, He was leading major acquisitions and supported Wendel to set up its London office. Further significant steps between 1988 and 2007 where Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt, Bank Paribas, Frankfurt and Enskilda, Frankfurt and London. In these banks Roland held the position as managing director respectively partner and Head of German equities, responsible for many capital market transactions. <\/p>\n

He is holding a MBA (Dipl. Kfm) from ESCP Europe, Paris, Oxford, Berlin.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Heinz J\u00f6rg Fuhrmann (1956 – German) studied metallurgy at RWTH Aachen University and added studies in economics. 1990, he was awarded a PhD with distinction from the Technische Universit\u00e4t Berlin. After three years in research he started his industrial career 1983 at Kl\u00f6ckner-Werke AG.
H. J. Fuhrmann became head of Kl\u00f6ckner-Werke\u2019s Corporate Strategy in 1986. Having held several positions in the Group\u00b4s headquarter he was appointed as Commercial Executive of the Kl\u00f6ckner Group\u2019s subsidiary Peguform-Werke GmbH in 1994.<\/p>\n

H.J. Fuhrmann joined Preussag Stahl AG, from 1998 Salzgitter AG, in 1995. Acting initially as General Representative, he became member of the Group\u2019s Executive Board in 1996. In the years from 2001 to 2011, he was Chief Financial Officer. From 2007 onwards, he was appointed Vice Chairman of the Executive Board and assumed responsibility for the newly-formed Technology Division. In addition, he led the Steel Division as interim head in 2013. H. J. Fuhrmann had been Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Salzgitter AG\u00b4s Executive Board from 2011 to 2021. <\/p>\n

Since 2003 he has served as visiting lecturer at RWTH Aachen University, which made him an Honorary Professor in 2008. H. J. Fuhrmann had been a member of the Senate of Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft since 2014 and he assumed the position as Chairman of the Senate from 2016 to 2022. Amongst other positions of trust, he served as Chairman of the German Steel Industry Employer\u2019s Association Arbeitgeberverband Stahl between 2021 and 2023, as member of German Industry Association BDI `s presidium and as member of the German Hydrogen Council between 2020 and 2021. <\/p>\n

Currently he is Chairman of the Boards of Max Aicher Stahl AG and GP G\u00fcnter Papenburg AG (both German, non-listed) as well as member of Outokumpu Oyj\u00b4s Board of Directors (Finnish, listed) He also is member of the EIB Group Climate and Environment Advisory Council (Luxemburg). <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Georges Bock (\u00b01968 – Luxembourgish) holds Master\u2019s Degree in Business Administration and Economics from University Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg (1991), is qualified Chartered Accountant, Tax expert and R\u00e9viseur d\u2019entreprises<\/i> in Luxembourg (1994) and holds a Certificate in Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application certificate from MIT, Boston (2019). In his 28 years career at KPMG Georges Bock has developed an extensive expertise in Banking, Investment Management and Structured Finance, as well as in Capital Markets and related regulations and taxation in both local and international terms. In 2020 he has founded and he figures as CEO of invesTRe, a digital-market place for sustainable investing. Since 2021 he is General Partner in Ilavska Vuillermoz SCA SICAV RAIF, a PE Fund investing in European Fintech, Insuretech and Regtech companies. <\/p>\n

Georges Bock is also member of the Board of Governance.com SA, as well as member of the Supervisory Board of Bank Julius Bear Europe SA.. Thomas Terschluse (1967 \u2013 German) After finishing his professional trainee program at Volksbank eG, Thomas worked in the wealth management unit for German high net worth clients. In 1996, he was hired by Dresdner Bank Lateinamerika AG to advise the wealthiest clients in Private Banking. After the business integration of the Private Banking division into UBS Deutschland AG in 2005, Thomas worked as senior relationship manager for ultra-high net worth clients covering the Brazilian private banking market. In 2014, Thomas was appointed to lead the Brazil Desk of UBS Hamburg. In 2015 Thomas founded together with his co-founder Hannes Riekenberg the Atlan Familiy Office in Hamburg where he works as CEO. Markus Lesser<\/h4>\n<\/header>\n

Markus Lesser, born in D\u00fcsseldorf in 1964, has more than 30 years of experience in the international energy sector. After more than a decade in the supplier industry for power plant components, he switched to the renewable energy sector in 2000. As Managing Director and Sales Manager at Nordex AG, he was responsible for securing projects, the turnkey implementation of wind farms and the sale of wind turbines in Central, South-Eastern and Eastern Europe. He then moved into the area of operation and development of renewable energy projects. As COO of Renergys Group AG in Zurich, he took over the management of the technical and operational business. From 2009, he was a member of the management board of Epuron GmbH, where he developed and managed projects in Europe, Asia, South America and Australia as well as in the offshore wind energy sector. <\/p>\n

In May 2011, Lesser joined PNE AG as a board member responsible for operations and project development. From March 2016 to July 2024, he served as CEO of the company, which is listed on the SDAX and TecDAX. Under his leadership, PNE AG evolved from a pure wind farm developer into a provider of Clean Energy Solutions and an independent power producer (IPP). <\/p>\n

In addition to his role at PNE AG, he has been and continues to be actively involved in various associations, including as a board member of the German Association of Energy and Water Industries (BDEW) and of WAB e.V. (still active). He also served as the state chairman of the Energy and Environment working group of the Economic Council in Lower Saxony. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Klaus R\u00f6hrig<\/h4>\n<\/header>\n

Klaus R\u00f6hrig (Austrian citizen) is Co-CIO and founding partner of Active Ownership Capital S.\u00e0 r.l. (“AOC”). Prior to founding AOC, Klaus was responsible for investments in German-speaking countries at Elliott Associates. He began his career at Credit Suisse First Boston in London, where he focused on corporate finance and M&A for technology companies.<\/p>\n

Throughout his career, Klaus R\u00f6hrig has concentrated on identifying investment opportunities, structuring investments, and the process-oriented realization of value creation potential. He has held several supervisory board mandates during his career and is currently a member of the supervisory boards of Agfa-Gevaert N.V., Fagron N.V., Formycon AG, H2APEX Group, and Mam Baby AG. <\/p>\n
