Compliance Management System (CMS)<\/h3>\n

It is important to us to act ethically and legally compliant in all our business activities. H2APEX has therefore established a holistic compliance management system with which we aim to create legal certainty and gain the trust of customers and partners. Our Compliance Management System (CMS) is based on the audit standard 980 of the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany (Institut der Wirtschaftspr\u00fcfer in Deutschland e. V.) and is at the heart of our corporate integrity. It not only ensures that we comply with all legal requirements and internal policies, but is also a sign of our commitment to ethical behavior. Through our CMS we minimize risks, protect our reputation, and promote a culture of integrity and transparency in all our business processes. <\/p>\n
