A research collaboration with LIKAT Rostock has led to the development of a technology that will transform the market: salt-based chemical hydrogen storage\u2014unpressurized, non-toxic, and highly efficient. This is not just a lab project. A pilot plant in Rostock is already in operation. TRL 6\u2014and on the way to TRL 7. <\/p>\n

HydroExceed – Hydrogen. Stored. Available. <\/strong><\/h4>\n

Founded in 2022 as a spin-off in Rostock-Laage, HydroExceed develops and manufactures highly efficient Type IV compressed gas storage systems rated to 500 bar\u2014carbon-fiber-reinforced, compliant with industry standards, and \u201cMade in Germany.\u201d From single tanks to scalable 20-foot container systems.
